About the Role
The plant‑maintenance role focuses on keeping the facility clean, maintaining equipment, and supporting material handling when needed. The incumbent follows safety and operational procedures, conducts routine inspections, and works closely with teammates to promote efficient and safe work practices. • Perform general cleanup and maintenance of plant grounds and equipment • Assist with material handling and equipment operation as needed • Follow safety and operational procedures to support plant operations • Conduct routine inspections and report safety or maintenance concerns • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe work practices • Learn and operate various types of equipment with minimal supervision • Follow instructions and complete tasks independently

What You Bring
Successful candidates demonstrate the ability to work safely in a fast‑paced outdoor industrial environment, possess strong communication skills, and can operate a variety of equipment with minimal supervision. They must be willing to learn, flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays, and able to follow instructions effectively. Employment is contingent upon completing a pre‑offer physical examination, drug/alcohol screening, and background check, as well as meeting all legal U.S. work eligibility requirements.
