About the Role
The Property Manager (CRE) oversees the management of one or multiple commercial properties on behalf of clients, ensuring obligations under the management agreement are met and delivering high-quality operational performance. The manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders. The role requires coordination of lease administration, collection monitoring, compliance with regulatory and company policies, budgeting, vendor management, and tenant relations. The manager also leads the property staff team and collaborates with leasing and client teams to achieve strategic objectives. • Manage lease administration and abstract leases in software • Monitor rent collections and handle default proceedings • Ensure compliance with policies, codes, regulations and agency directives • Lead property staff, overseeing hiring, performance management and team development • Conduct regular property inspections per asset, best practices and client requirements • Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations • Bid, negotiate, and enforce vendor contracts per company and client standards • Coordinate with owners and accounting to guarantee contract compliance and timely reporting • Oversee tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely completion • Facilitate communication between leasing and property management teams during client meetings • Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, external and internal clients

What You Bring
This position operates primarily in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment, and involves regular travel between properties, often in varying weather conditions, with occasional requirements to move between floors, climb stairs, and remain stationary for most of the workday. Standard office tools such as computers, phones, and photocopiers are used daily. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, leadership, teamwork, time management, client focus, and financial acumen • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) • Possess 3+ years of real estate property management experience • Have CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in process) and a real estate license • Exhibit solid finance and building operations knowledge, lease negotiation skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $93,500 to $110,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, flexible spending, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
