What You Bring

Candidates must be enrolled in an associate degree program related to operations engineering, power generation, energy, nuclear technology, or electrical engineering technology, be able to obtain Nuclear Unescorted Access, and demonstrate strong academic performance, teamwork, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Large Transformer Oil Sampling • Motor Testing • Currently enrolled in an associate degree program related to operations engineering, power generation, energy, nuclear, or electrical technology. • Able to obtain Nuclear Unescorted Access. • Work creatively and analytically in problem-solving situations. • Exhibit excellent leadership, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.

Benefits

Constellation is offering paid summer internships for 2026 on its Nuclear Technical teams for approximately ten weeks (June 1 – August 7) at locations such as Cordova, IL. Interns will gain hands‑on experience in nuclear plant maintenance areas—electrical, mechanical, instrumentation & control, and operations—aligned with their major fields of study. Interns will work under guidance from experienced professionals, explore multiple departments to identify their strengths, and may be considered for future employment based on performance and business needs.
