About the Role
The West Coast Field Operations team is seeking Construction Project Managers to oversee military projects based in Monterey, California. PMs guide projects through every phase—from conceptual design to final handover—while upholding RQ’s mission, vision, and values. • Lead project lifecycle from design concept to final handover for DoD construction sites. • Direct design‑build coordination and ensure adherence to military specifications. • Control project schedule, budget, and quality while enforcing safety protocols. • Supervise subcontractors and on‑site field teams in Monterey, CA. • Report progress and maintain communication with stakeholders.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least a BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience. Required experience includes two years in commercial project management and six years in roles such as Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager, preferably within the design‑build sector. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential, while familiarity with Primavera, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit is preferred. Required certifications include CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30‑hour; STS certification is preferred, and LEED GA or AP/AP+ credentials are advantageous. Benefits
Compensation is competitive, ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. • Receive a salary of $130‑160 k DOE plus medical, dental, vision benefits and 401(k) match.
