As part of HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group, engineers design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age—ranging from high‑performance data centers powering AI to dynamic commercial environments. By integrating mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil expertise, the team advances technological innovation, sustainability, and the human experience, shaping the future of the built environment. • Lead and set practice standards in your engineering specialty. • Advise multiple complex projects as a senior technical consultant. • Ensure high‑quality project delivery and effective multidisciplinary team performance. • Foster a quality‑focused culture and champion innovative design solutions. • Mentor and develop professionals to elevate the practice. • Recruit top talent to strengthen HDR’s engineering team. • Build client relationships and identify growth opportunities. • Act as a thought leader to advance HDR’s capabilities. • Represent HDR in professional communities to enhance its reputation.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred). • Experience in an engineering consulting firm (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required). • At least 20 years of relevant experience. • Valid professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) for the work location. • Proven track record in project execution. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard design software. • Recognized technical expert with demonstrated leadership in analysis and design.
