About the Role
The role involves supervising and coordinating a crew that erects tower structures, checks tension base bolts, performs grouting, stacks and bolts turbines, aligns generators in the nacelle, and torques rotors to maintain quality and accuracy. The supervisor must enforce all company safety policies, ensure workers perform their tasks skillfully and on schedule, interpret specifications and blueprints, and assign duties accordingly. Additional duties include recommending production improvements, managing material routing and equipment layout, handling personnel actions such as promotions or disciplinary measures, training new hires, maintaining time and production records, and coordinating with the jobsite superintendent or foreman. • Enforce company safety policies and procedures. • Ensure crew performs tasks skillfully and meets schedule. • Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders for workers. • Assign duties and recommend production or equipment improvements. • Manage routing of materials and equipment, and layout work areas. • Initiate personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures. • Train new workers and conduct jobsite orientation. • Maintain time, production, and equipment maintenance records. • Coordinate activities with the jobsite superintendent or foreman. • Complete daily project, equipment maintenance, and material transfer reports. • Pre‑plan daily activities and monitor small tooling maintenance and storage. • Travel to different job sites on limited notice as required.

What You Bring
The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience or equivalent training, strong safety awareness, the ability to read blueprints, effective communication and management skills, and basic mathematical proficiency. • High school diploma or GED. • 1–3 months related experience or equivalent training. • Strong commitment to safety and Wanzek’s Zero Injury principles. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints. • Excellent communication and supervisory skills. • Capability to work under pressure and meet timelines. • Proficient in basic math operations, rates, ratios, percentages, and bar graph interpretation. • Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $27.00 hourly with merit increases, 401(k) match, ESPP, health, dental, vision plans, and flexible spending accounts.
