About the Role
You will use construction knowledge to build, repair, and maintain utility projects while working on outdoor sites. The role includes operating backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers, and other machinery, as well as troubleshooting field issues. You will also train your crew on tools and equipment and manage all aspects of job‑site construction. • Build, repair, and maintain telecom utility construction projects. • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, dozers, cable plows, trenchers, and hydraulic reel trailers. • Troubleshoot field issues and manage all aspects of job‑site construction. • Train and mentor crew members on tools, equipment, and safety practices.

What You Bring
