About the Role

The Class 3 Driver will deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites, operating flatbed or roll‑back trucks. Driving occurs in urban, suburban, and rural environments, including tight construction zones. This position supports Sunbelt’s rapid growth and internal promotion focus. • Deliver and retrieve equipment using flatbed or roll‑back trucks across urban, suburban and rural sites. • Operate and haul various construction equipment safely, including in tight construction zones. • Perform minor equipment and vehicle repairs and troubleshoot issues on‑site. • Provide courteous service and demonstrate proper equipment usage to customers.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a valid Class 3 driver’s licence with a clean record and preferably a high‑school diploma. Experience operating and hauling construction equipment is required, with prior training on similar commercial vehicles considered an asset. The role demands the ability to troubleshoot minor repairs, a customer‑service attitude, and the physical capability to lift 50 lb or more. The job requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, performed both indoors and outdoors as needed.
