About the Role

• Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events on site. • Prepare and mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements per statutory timelines. • Review monthly financial reports and deliver summaries to the Board. • Advise the Board and committees on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.

What You Bring

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Understanding of community, property, real‑estate and homeowners association operations. • Knowledge of board and CAM roles and homeowner interactions. • Strong business correspondence skills (grammar, punctuation, spelling). • Skilled in conflict resolution techniques. • Excellent professional communication (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal). • Strong customer service orientation. • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail‑oriented team player. • Effective time‑management and prioritization abilities. • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1–3 years of community association experience.
