About the Role

In this role you will lead assignments within the geography, strategize and execute transactions and investment services, and generate cross‑selling opportunities to maximize regional revenue. You will ensure compliance with DCR and other land‑development regulations, conduct financial modelling and market studies, and liaison with developers to shepherd proposals through commercial closure and term‑sheet or MOU signing. • Lead real‑estate assignments across Mumbai, strategizing and executing transactions and investment services. • Identify and create cross‑selling opportunities to maximize regional revenue. • Ensure compliance with DCR and other land‑development regulations for residential, industrial and reservation lands. • Conduct financial modelling, market surveys and present client‑focused solutions. • Liaise with developers, manage due‑diligence, and drive proposals to commercial closure and signing of term‑sheets or MOUs. • Support fund‑raising activities and build a network for business development.

The successful candidate provides formal guidance to the team, coordinates tasks, and delivers persuasive presentations on complex topics. Expert knowledge of real‑estate valuation, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and proven experience developing strategic solutions are essential, as are strong interpersonal, organizational, negotiating and influencing abilities. • Proven track record in real estate with expertise in valuation, funding, joint development and regulatory frameworks. • Advanced analytical, quantitative and financial modelling skills. • Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing abilities. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and multi‑project management skills. • Ability to guide and mentor team members and coordinate tasks.
