About the Role
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure safety regulations are met. • Perform detailed cleaning, including mopping, dusting, trash removal, and disinfecting restrooms and high‑touch areas. • Train new hires, demonstrate proper equipment usage, and conduct walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved. • Monitor supply levels, report equipment repairs, and ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals. • Act as primary contact for clients to address concerns and report staff performance or site issues to supervisors.
