About the Role
The Administrative Assistant I provides clerical and administrative support to one or more managers or departments within Shared Services or a Region. • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, mailing, faxing, photocopying, and typing • Maintain hard and electronic files • Handle materials and documents professionally and discreetly • Pull reports, bid bonds, and preconstruction documents • Code and track invoices • Assist with timekeeping, payroll, and HR functions as needed • Schedule appointments and update calendars for managers • Coordinate travel arrangements for managers • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences • Answer phones promptly and professionally • Order and maintain office supplies for assigned areas • Support co‑worker recognition activities such as ordering tickets, flowers, or cards • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedures • Calculate mathematical figures and apply concepts such as fractions and percentages • Provide strong customer service • Maintain confidentiality • Solve practical problems using existing processes and procedures • Define problems, collect information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent, or two years related experience • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Listen to, read, and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos • Demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills • Respond effectively to questions in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings • Collaborate well as part of a team • Prioritize work and employ strong organizational skills • Interpret varied instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
