About the Role
The role involves managing property tours, responding to inquiries, processing applications, maintaining property presentation, and supporting lease renewals, all while following company standards, Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining a professional appearance; candidates must have prior customer‑service experience, proficiency with Microsoft tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. • Walk marketing tour path, open and prepare target apartments, model homes, and community amenities. • Respond promptly to resident and prospect calls and emails each morning. • Answer incoming calls, convert them to walk‑in traffic, and schedule viewing appointments. • Conduct tours with energy and enthusiasm following the Weidner approach. • Facilitate the application process at the end of each tour to secure leases. • Review and process all applications immediately upon receipt. • Communicate results to applicants in a timely and respectful manner. • Guide approved applicants through the Weidner Move‑In Experience. • Track and follow up on leasing traffic in the queue. • Shop competing properties monthly and execute daily marketing and leasing strategies. • Keep apartments, common areas, and amenities clean and market‑ready to Weidner quality standards. • Assist with lease renewals promptly to promote resident retention. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and professional leasing office environment. • Complete tasks safely and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. • Adhere to Weidner’s mission, values, policies, Fair Housing, and all applicable laws. • Maintain regular attendance, dress code/uniform, and professional appearance.

What You Bring
The position is a full-time Experienced Leasing Consultant for Mozaic Steele Park in Phoenix, AZ, working a Tuesday‑through‑Saturday shift. Success requires strong time‑management, attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents, associates, and vendors. • Prior customer‑service experience required. • Communicate directions clearly in person, phone, email, and text. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) preferred. • Experience with Yardi and Paycom preferred; willingness to learn new software. • Work effectively both collaboratively and independently. • Availability to work outside scheduled hours and at other Weidner properties as needed. • Strong English proficiency, detail‑oriented, and well‑organized. • Agree to criminal background check and voluntary drug testing. • Possess reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
