About the Role
Interns will gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to produce market opinions and valuations. They will assist daily business tasks, tour properties with senior professionals, collect and enter data into proprietary databases, and prepare written report sections. What You Bring
Applicants must have completed at least two years toward a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong oral and written communication, and a proven record of customer service are required. Benefits
The Summer Intern program offers paid, hourly positions of up to 40 hours per week. Interns join a service‑line team, learning each step of the real‑estate valuation process and gaining familiarity with industry terms, laws, regulations, processes, and market trends. Participants bring this knowledge back to their classmates and organizations. Compensation is hourly between $17.00 and $20.00, with the company guaranteeing at least the applicable minimum wage.
