About the Role
The Apprentice HVAC/Refrigeration supports senior technicians on installation projects, performing tasks safely, accurately and in line with customer specifications and codes. The role includes installing equipment, piping, ductwork, maintaining clean job sites and escalating issues promptly. Additional duties include assisting senior staff and adhering to ethical standards. • Install HVAC and refrigeration equipment (air handler drains, split‑system piping, duct hangers, display case drains, walk‑in box drains, etc.) • Perform all work safely using power/hand tools, vehicles, machinery and PPE • Maintain clean, professional job sites and manage waste materials • Assist and support senior technicians, escalating safety or quality concerns promptly • Install all types of piping, including PVC, copper (brazing) and copper line sets • Follow customer specifications, building codes and proper piping practices

What You Bring
Candidates should have a high school diploma or trade school completion, with at least one year of related experience preferred. Required skills include operating tools and lifts, basic math, clear communication, teamwork, reliability and a good driving record, along with knowledge of safety practices and relevant regulations.
