• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas per company standards and legal requirements. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate clearly with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Participate in rotating on‑call duties and handle emergency events.

What You Bring
Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a rotating on‑call schedule and the need to respond to emergency events. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, be able to commute within 30 minutes, and preferably hold HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications; a high school diploma or GED is required. • Hold an active driver’s license and personal vehicle; reside within 30 minutes of the property. • Possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) and a high school diploma or GED.
