About the Role
The Electrical Estimator will join the data‑center construction team, supporting large‑scale, mission‑critical projects by delivering accurate cost estimates and consulting throughout all construction phases. This role collaborates closely with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to develop cost plans, procurement strategies, and risk analyses. • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems in data‑center projects. • Review drawings, specifications, and scope to define material, labor, and equipment needs. • Collaborate with project teams on cost plans and procurement strategies. • Conduct value engineering, cost risk analysis, and support change‑control processes. • Evaluate subcontractor bids for completeness and accuracy. • Generate formal estimating reports covering quantities, costs, escalation, and assumptions. • Use estimating software such as CostX or WinEst and stay current on market trends. • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements. • Maintain SOX control compliance where applicable.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. • Possess 3–5 years of electrical estimating or cost management experience, preferably on mission‑critical/data‑center projects. • Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Benefits
The full‑time position offers a base salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, with compensation reflecting experience and qualifications.
