About the Role

The Site HR Lead will provide strategic and operational HR leadership, partnering with site leadership to enhance employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, performance development and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with Northern Ireland employment law. • Provide strategic and operational HR leadership at the Ballymoney site. • Build respectful relationships with leaders and staff to support people‑focused decisions. • Lead employee‑relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency and legal compliance. • Drive inclusive talent acquisition and onboarding to promote diversity and equity. • Champion employee engagement and development initiatives for a collaborative culture. • Partner with leaders on performance management, succession and workforce planning. • Implement and communicate current, inclusive HR policies. • Produce site HR reporting, analysis and planning to guide decisions. • Support organisational change through people‑related transformation projects. • Oversee site payroll administration and assist with budgeting and resource planning.

What You Bring

• Hold a degree in HR, Business or related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess CIPD membership or be working towards it, or an equivalent qualification. • Bring extensive HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or operational settings. • Demonstrate knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law and best‑practice people management. • Exhibit strong communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills. • Ability to prioritize, work flexibly and act with integrity in a fast‑paced environment.
