About the Role
• Develop and maintain master schedules in Oracle Primavera P6, performing critical‑path analysis • Monitor budgets, track labor claims, and analyze cost variances using earned‑value management • Create reports and dashboards in Power BI or Excel to provide stakeholder insights • Evaluate change orders and manage subcontractor contracts • Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies • Oversee document control and coordinate procurement to align with schedule targets • Occasionally stand, walk, lift, stoop, or bend as needed

What You Bring
• 5–10 years experience in heavy civil construction, preferably rail transportation • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (master’s preferred) • Proven experience with New York City transit projects and their requirements • Expert proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards a plus • Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem‑solving abilities • Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI‑SP, or AACE • Excellent written and oral communication of technical data • Willingness to travel within the United States and Canada • Ability to work overtime to meet project deadlines • Work in both office and job‑site environments • Frequently sit for long periods and use a computer keyboard

The Office Engineer position offers a salary range of $105,000 to $125,000 per year.
