About the Role
Property managers oversee the day‑to‑day operations of several storage facilities, handling both indoor and outdoor responsibilities. The role involves regular physical activity, including walking around sites, climbing stairs, and handling items up to 35 lb, as well as performing cleaning and maintenance to keep properties presentable. • Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability. • Audit cash drawers, prepare bank deposits, and manage payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift or move items up to 35 lb; walk around facilities up to 50 % of the time; climb stairs and open large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining exterior curb appeal.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have a background in customer‑service‑focused sales environments and possess a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle for travel between sites. • Prior experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales (retail, restaurant, fast‑food, etc.). • Hold a valid driver’s license and use a personal vehicle for travel between properties (mileage reimbursed).
