About the Role

The Facility Coordinator supports the facility management team on the Humana account, ensuring successful service delivery and addressing client facility needs. This role provides general facility management services, monitors building operations, and acts as a liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams. Core duties include responding to client inquiries and complaints, creating and assigning work orders, coordinating with external contractors for equipment repairs, and tracking the status of open and closed orders. The Coordinator also assists with site inspections, manages vendor performance, verifies invoices, and handles complex issues such as environmental concerns and disaster recovery. Additional responsibilities involve scheduling maintenance, documenting repairs, providing help‑desk support, training new associates on processes, and coordinating special events for the client. The role monitors key performance indicators against service level agreements and communicates project updates to stakeholders.

What You Bring

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business, or a related field is preferred.
