About the Role
In this role you will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center describing equipment or system malfunctions, contact the customer representative to confirm the issue, and perform service and repairs on commercial and industrial sprinkler systems such as wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge and fire pumps. You will follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures, consult technical manuals, read blueprints and schematics, and demonstrate high‑level customer service with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude. • Receive and assess service calls for sprinkler system malfunctions. • Perform service and repairs on various commercial/industrial sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, fire pumps). • Follow troubleshooting procedures using technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. • Provide high‑level customer service with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude. • Work independently, maintain truck inventory, and adhere to safety guidelines. • Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 70 lb and accessing heights up to 60 ft.

What You Bring
The position requires the ability to work independently, maintain truck inventory for timely response, adhere to safety guidelines, and possess a valid driver’s license meeting company standards. Physical labor may involve carrying equipment up to 70 lb, climbing ladders or scaffolding up to 60 ft, and working in ducts, crawl spaces or above ceilings. We require at least four years of documented experience in the fire sprinkler industry, relevant licenses per national, state and local codes, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Preferred qualifications include NICET Level II certification.
