What You Bring

• Demonstrated high‑quality work completion • Strong problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach • Willingness to work alongside the team on site • Proven leadership of construction crews • Knowledge of telecom construction (coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading) • Ability to troubleshoot field issues • Experience coaching and mentoring team members • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to custom software • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591)
