What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Transit Systems Asset Management Technician to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of transit infrastructure assets. The role is based on‑site at the client location in Alexandria, Virginia, and involves leveraging existing asset management data, as‑built drawings, and on‑site inspections to keep records current and proactively identify issues. Applicants must have at least a high school diploma and relevant experience in asset management or transit systems, with a preference for candidates who demonstrate strong technical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. • High school diploma plus 4 years of asset‑management or transit‑systems experience (or equivalent). • Proficiency in asset lifecycle management and condition assessment. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Experience with IBM Maximo or comparable EAM systems. • Familiarity with GIS tools and digital documentation platforms.
