About the Role

This U.S.-based Project Manager role is the primary contact for Schneider Electric's SE clients, delivering a "white glove" experience as part of the DCS team. The position is critical to the success of the group and focuses on high‑value customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, addressing technical questions, coordinating team resources,clocking lead site and internal meetings, and facilitating quality reviews with both internal and external stakeholders. The manager also drives client satisfaction and ensures smooth project execution. • Schedule project activities and timelines. • Respond to technical questions and allocate resources. • Coordinate team efforts across functions. • Lead site meetings with clients and contractors. • Lead internal coordination and schedule meetings. • Facilitate quality meetings internally and externally. • Utilize existing support personnel effectively.

What You Bring

Successful candidates will hold a BA in Engineering, Construction, or a related technical field and possess at least five years of project‑management experience, preferably in construction or data‑center environments. Strong organizational abilities, proficiency with GSuite, a passion for issue resolution, and the capability to run projects independently are essential. • Hold a BA in Engineering, Construction, or related technical field. • Possess 5+ years of project‑management experience. • Have construction industry or direct client experience. • Prefer data‑center experience. • Demonstrate passion for customer satisfaction and issue resolution. • Ability to run independent projects as needed.

Benefits

The compensation range for this full‑time position is $112,000 – $168,000 per year, including base pay and short‑term incentive.
