About the Role
As an In-House Sales Executive with Hilton Grand Vacations, you will operate within the Spirit of Service culture to drive company success. The role requires you to welcome clients, present luxury vacation ownership products, maintain effective communication, and collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues. You will also attend sales training, apply Hilton’s selling concepts, use multiple communication channels, and perform follow‑up interactions to complete sales while adhering to inventory guidelines. • Welcome clients and present luxury vacation ownership products to potential buyers. • Maintain effective communication with clients and provide follow‑up to ensure customer happiness. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest‑related issues as they arise. • Attend all sales training and sales meetings for key product information and updates. • Apply selling concepts promoted at Hilton Grand Vacations. • Use various communication methods (email, telephone, online/virtual, and written) to work with guests and owners. • Perform follow‑up interactions to complete sales using appropriate HGV technology and inventory guidelines. • Generate referral leads with each new customer. • Promote a positive work environment and adhere to Hilton Grand Vacations core values and policies.
