About the Role
• Lead startup, commissioning and warranty processes for Carrier air‑ and water‑cooled chillers in new data centers. • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets; monitor KPIs and ensure profit margin targets. • Conduct progress meetings, coordinate material delivery, labor schedules and order warranty parts. • Serve as primary liaison among sales, prime contractors, customers, commissioning authorities, general contractors and subcontractors. • Interpret mechanical, electrical and architectural drawings; ensure compliance with codes, standards and BAS integration. • Manage change orders to prevent scope creep and maintain project integrity. • Forecast monthly revenue, track project costs and maintain warranty documentation with Service Engineering. • Uphold rigorous job‑site safety standards.

What You Bring
Travel can comprise up to 75 % of the schedule, requiring extended stays at data‑center locations nationwide. • Required: High school diploma or GED; 7+ years project‑management experience; 5+ years mechanical installation, building automation or construction; 5+ years experience with water‑ or air‑cooled chillers and commercial HVAC. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings and complex MEP documents; willingness to travel up to 75 % with extended on‑site stays. • Preferred: Bachelor’s (or Master’s/MBA) in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering; data‑center industry experience; PMP or LEED certification; BACnet knowledge. • Strong multitasking, communication, problem‑solving and customer‑relationship skills.

Benefits
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position, though the role is incentive‑eligible and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, retirement, paid time off, disability, life insurance and various tax‑advantaged accounts. The annual salary range is $98,750 – $138,250, with final pay dependent on skills, education and experience. Applications are accepted for at least three days from the posting date (01/16/2026).
