About the Role

The mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, trailers, aerial devices, and other power‑operated equipment. Work will primarily take place in company service garages, with occasional field assignments at job sites. • Inspect, service, repair and maintain vehicles, trailers, aerials and other power‑operated equipment. • Perform work in company service garages and occasional field job sites. • Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, air‑conditioning, gasoline and diesel systems. • Lift more than 50 lb and stand for prolonged periods while adhering to safety protocols. • Maintain a high level of safety awareness at all times.

What You Bring

The position requires the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision. Duties involve frequent lifting of more than 50 lb, prolonged standing, and a strong focus on customer service, detail orientation, and quality. Applicants must hold a high school diploma or GED, and preferably a technical, vocational, or trade school credential or three years of related experience. A minimum of two years verifiable automotive/truck experience, a CDL Class A (or ability to obtain within three months), and six current ASE (or equivalent) certifications are required, along with basic English, math, computer skills, and the appropriate tool set. • Work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. • Hold a High School Diploma/GED and a technical, vocational or trade degree or three years related experience. • Minimum two years verifiable automotive/truck experience. • Obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A) within three months of hire. • Possess six current ASE (or equivalent) certifications. • Demonstrate proficiency in English, basic mathematics and computer use; provide required standard and metric tools.
