Job Highlights
About the Role
• Travel to client sites for meetings, as needed. • Assisting a variety of industrial operations including power, chemical, food and beverage, aerospace, solid waste, forest products, rail transportation, oil and gas, retail, etc. • Work with client account managers/teams to meet client expectations and increase the services provided to our clients. • Perform and manage environmental compliance duties including, but not limited to: air permitting, SPCC planning, NPDES/storm water permitting and reporting, SWPPP, EPCRA Tier II and TRI reporting, wastewater permitting and hazardous waste storage/disposal. • Manage and support development and implementation of EHS Management Systems, compliance assessments and audits to ensure effective risk control and regulatory compliance. • Development and implementation of written health and safety programs (e.g., hazard communication, lockout tagout, confined space, fall protection, PPE, electrical safety, hot work, machine guarding, etc.), a plus. • Work as a team player to support our national service platform.

What You Bring
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, physical and motor vehicle records check. • Have a consultative demeanor and ability to work with clients and the ability to identify and offer solutions when needed. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, science or engineering related field. • Must be able to commute to project sites as needed • Minimum of 20 years of EHS experience, leading and managing complex EHS projects with various manufacturing environments across targeted industries. • Interface well with and develop a rapport and positive relationship with our clients and employees. • Experienced in developing and delivering EHS compliance programs. • Experienced in performing EHS due diligence assessments. • Experienced in business development and working with key account teams to increase revenue. • Experience to manage, and monitor project budgets, scopes, project deliverable quality, and schedules; demonstrate the ability to lead and manage EHS compliance projects. • Valid Driver-s License is required • Have strong communications and technical EHS skills both written and oral. • Experience organizing and conducting EHS audits. • Experienced in designing, developing and implementing safety and environmental management systems (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).
