About the Role
As a Senior • Supervising Engineer (Project Manager) • CF, you will be responsible for representing the Firm in all interactions with critical facilities/data center clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. You will provide trade‑specific system design, including layout using CAD/BIM, calculations with appropriate software, and coordination with other trades in collaboration with senior technical staff. • Establish system application, design, and operational parameters/sequences with senior technical staff • Participate in, ensure, and oversee the QA/QC process for your work and others' • Collaborate on project scheduling, staffing requirements, and budgets with senior staff • Perform construction administration and field investigations, including inspections and detailed reports • Process RFIs, change orders, bulletins, and addenda • Manage CAD/BIM and other technical staff assigned to a project or task as directed • Assist with employee reviews as requested • Write engineering proposals under senior guidance • Participate in trade organizations and prepare presentations • Estimate construction costs and evaluate feasibility using Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)

We are seeking an experienced Senior • Supervising Engineer (Project Manager) • CF to join our team in Dallas, TX. • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from an accredited university • 8–12+ years of consulting firm experience • 4+ years of supervisory and project team/client liaison experience • Proficiency with Revit and the latest AutoCAD MEP • Ability to prepare red‑line markups for CAD personnel • Skill in reading and visualizing floor plans, sections, elevations, and three‑dimensional building spaces • Expertise in trade‑specific design and calculation software • Capability to make proper system selections • Understanding of the work of other trades • Thorough knowledge of applicable codes • Knowledge of SKM Software for short‑circuit coordination and arc‑flash studies (highly preferred) • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
