About the Role
The Warehouse Associate works Tuesday‑Friday, 6:00 am‑4:30 pm on a 10‑hour shift. Primary responsibility is picking and loading product for outgoing delivery, selecting items, securing goods to pallets, and moving inventory to loading areas while following safety rules. • Read customer delivery pick orders and determine items to move. • Operate forklift equipment (reach truck, order picker, turret truck, pallet jack, sit‑down) to pick, pack, and transport items. • Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code. • Use RF scanner to record data and mark materials with identifying information. • Stage materials in designated areas and gather, pack, and stage shipments to meet order demands. • Perform cycle counts and load/unload vehicles.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to follow instructions and operate a forklift or other material‑handling equipment, such as reach trucks, order pickers, turret trucks, pallet jacks, or sit‑down trucks. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience, with 1‑3 years of related warehouse or production work preferred. Basic math, reading, English proficiency, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) are required, along with a customer‑service orientation. The position is performed in an indoor warehouse that can be hot in summer and cool in winter, and may involve occasional outdoor work. Employees must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and work at heights of 25 ft with a harness. • High school diploma/GED or equivalent; 1‑3 years warehouse/production experience preferred. • Basic math and reading skills; ability to perform calculations with or without a calculator. • Proficient in English (Spanish a plus) and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Customer‑service orientation and ability to follow instructions. • Ability to sit, walk, stand for up to 10 hours and lift 50 lb; willingness to work at heights of 25 ft secured by a harness. • Work primarily indoors in a warehouse; occasional outdoor exposure. • Frequent walking, standing, bending, twisting; handling controls and products with hands. • Lift/move up to 35 lb frequently, up to 50 lb occasionally. • Adapt to temperature variations (hot summer, cooler winter).
