About the Role
The Front Desk Attendant provides courteous, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors while maintaining building security and supporting daily front desk operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for the community and helps ensure a safe, welcoming, and well‑organized environment. • Greet residents, guests, and visitors professionally. • Monitor and control building access per security procedures. • Maintain logs for visitors, contractors, and deliveries. • Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries. • Answer phones and handle basic inquiries and requests. • Observe and report suspicious activity, safety issues, or policy violations. • Enforce building rules and front desk procedures respectfully. • Communicate with property management, maintenance, and security staff. • Complete daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes. • Assist residents with general information and directions.
