About the Role
We have an opportunity for a Works Coordinator / Landowner Liaison Admin to join our Palmerston North team. In this role, you’ll support the field support team by managing landowner and client communications, updating databases, coordinating tasks, and assisting Project Managers and Supervisors with administrative and operational requirements. You’ll ensure all processes are completed accurately and efficiently, supporting smooth project delivery and positive client relationships. What You Bring
You’re an organised and proactive administrator with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. You thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering accurate, timely work. The role requires experience providing high‑quality administrative support, a confident and professional approach to clients and colleagues, the ability to manage deadlines under pressure, strong attention to detail and organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM, SharePoint, Maximo, JD Edwards or similar systems. A current driver’s licence is desirable but not essential. • Utilize Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, SharePoint, Maximo, JD Edwards is a plus. • Hold a current driver’s licence (desirable).
