About the Role
Technicians work year‑round on a variety of HVAC and refrigeration projects across multiple industries, ensuring consistent, interesting assignments that promote continuous learning and professional development. • Repair and overhaul compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical/mechanical controls. • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose equipment malfunctions. • Test systems using electrical and mechanical skills; maintain accurate work records. • Process job tickets and work orders; pick up, deliver, and install cases. • Assist with minor construction, remodeling, and startup of new installations. • Operate company vehicle safely; provide on‑call emergency support.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess EPA certification, and have at least three years of commercial refrigeration experience. Experience with convenience‑store or supermarket systems, single and rack configurations, and display cases is highly valued. Applicants need a clean driving record, on‑call availability, the ability to lift 60 lb unassisted, and a valid REAL ID at hire.
