About the Role

Our technicians work on installations, service, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault finding, programming and commissioning of building management and access control systems. No two days are the same, and the role involves both electronic security and BMS responsibilities. Safety, budget adherence, and high‑quality service delivery are core expectations. • Manage breakdown and maintenance of electronic security and building management systems • Support installation, programming, and commissioning of new or expanded electronic security systems • Demonstrate product knowledge to suggest improvements to customers • Deliver excellent service within budget and time constraints • Maintain high safety awareness and ensure onsite safety requirements are met • Participate in on‑call duties with after‑hours work, receiving on‑call allowance and overtime • Install, program, commission, maintain, and fault‑find electronic security, access control, BMS, IP networking, and video management systems • Provide high‑quality work with strong troubleshooting and effective resolution skills

Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, our Service Technicians act as technical partners to customers ranging from Defence and shopping centres to commercial buildings, with a strong focus on hospitals. You should be technically skilled in electrical, mechanical HVAC, instrumentation or controls, and knowledgeable about building management, access control, video management, and network hardware. Strong communication, teamwork, and a customer‑facing attitude are essential.
