About the Role

• Provide construction leadership across the full project lifecycle. • Lead and promote a strong safety culture through proactive engagement and strict compliance. • Ensure all project elements meet schedule, specifications, contract, and industry standards. • Collaborate with construction planners to develop detailed schedules and key milestones. • Monitor progress, identify potential delays, and implement recovery plans. • Optimize resource allocation through cross‑functional collaboration. • Oversee quality assurance, including inspections, readiness assessments, and remedial actions. • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to evaluate progress against contracts and milestones. • Prepare and deliver accurate progress updates and reports to the project team. • Assess contractor personnel competence throughout construction phases. • Serve as primary point of contact for contractors, communicating progress, risks, and issue resolution.

What You Bring

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Construction Manager to join its Dublin team. The role will lead the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery and commissioning of major infrastructure projects from inception through completion. You will provide construction leadership across the full project lifecycle and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contractual requirements. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. • Possess at least 10 years of experience managing large‑scale, multidisciplinary railway projects. • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and to specification. • Experience in stakeholder management on major projects and programs. • Ability to promote and maintain exemplary health and safety standards. • Familiarity with NEC4 contracts and strong commercial awareness. • Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. • Effective leadership, team guidance, and communication skills.
