About the Role
We are seeking a part‑time seasonal lifeguard to join our team. The lifeguard’s primary focus is to maintain safety while guests enjoy the pool area, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health‑and‑safety regulations. You will work closely with other staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. • Coordinate and direct all pool‑area activities • Assist and support emergency care during incidents • Respond to any level of incident or emergency around the pool and facility • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, hazards, and suspicious activities • Lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects up to 25 lb unaided; occasionally handle persons over 100 lb

What You Bring
• Eligibility: all U.S. hourly team members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining • Must possess lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification (or obtain before hire) • Minimum age of 16 years • Ability to tolerate humidity, heat, cold, dust, and noise
