About the Role

The role involves partnering with architects to shape the technical vision for AI solutions while ensuring alignment with company standards. It also includes building and integrating user interfaces and backend services to connect AI models with enterprise systems, and deploying AI models on Azure using containers with managed CI/CD pipelines for reliability and scalability. The position requires working closely with business teams to understand their needs, translate requirements, and demonstrate development progress. It emphasizes exploring new AI technologies, proposing improvements, sharing insights, embedding security and quality through DevSecOps practices, and continuously refining code, optimizing performance, addressing technical debt, and mentoring junior developers. • Collaborate with architects to define AI solution architecture. • Develop full‑stack user interfaces and backend services linking AI models. • Deploy and maintain AI models on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines. • Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and showcase progress. • Research and propose emerging AI technologies and tools. • Implement DevSecOps practices, including automated testing and security compliance. • Mentor junior developers and continuously improve code quality and performance.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field, with a master's degree in a relevant area being a plus. They should have over ten years of experience in IT/software development, deep expertise in building AI applications, experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms, Agile/Scrum leadership or mentoring roles, and exposure to AWS/GCP, cloud security, and DevSecOps practices. Relevant certifications in Azure AI, Agile, or DevOps are strongly advantageous. Technical proficiency should include full‑stack development with .NET (C#), Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, as well as strong Python skills. Hands‑on experience with Azure container orchestration, ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, prompt engineering for large‑scale NLP models, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and cloud configuration management is required, alongside strong analytical abilities to translate business needs into AI/ML solutions. • Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field; master's degree preferred. • Bring 10+ years of software development experience with a focus on AI applications. • Demonstrate experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and Agile leadership. • Possess certifications in Azure AI, Agile, or DevOps. • Skilled in .NET, Angular/React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and relational databases. • Proficient in Python and familiar with additional programming languages. • Experienced with TensorFlow, PyTorch, prompt engineering, and large‑scale NLP models. • Adept at CI/CD pipeline creation, source control, and cloud configuration management.
