Job Highlights
About the Role
• Report to the project manager and collaborate with the delivery team on design, procurement, financial control and site activities. • Define engineering requirements from inception to completion, using in‑house resources, external consultants and managing construction personnel. • Work with the design team to gather information and participate in internal and external design reviews and hazard studies. • Liaise with the site manager and teams to ensure work meets programme, budget and quality targets. • Participate in early site investigation works alongside the client, design and project team. • Produce and review health and safety documentation, maintaining high safety standards. • Support procurement of materials and preparation of subcontract orders. • Prepare and close out contract documentation, including “as‑built” drawings, commissioning manuals and O&M manuals. • Participate in a regular Save as You Earn share purchase scheme.

What You Bring
• Hold an electrical ONC/HNC/BEng or NVQ equivalent relevant to the industry. • Demonstrate proven experience in the water industry, preferably with chemical dosing exposure. • Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Exhibit excellent communication skills in both face‑to‑face and online settings.
