What You Bring

The Site Administrator supports the Site Manager by handling daily administrative functions that keep construction projects on track. This role requires strong technical abilities for data entry, production reporting, schedule documentation, and timesheet tracking, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. The position is onsite and may require overtime and occasional travel. Candidates should be able to work in person, possess an associate's degree (preferred), and be willing to travel and work overtime when needed. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional in a fast‑paced environment are essential. Strong written and verbal communication, effective time management, a collaborative team spirit, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are also required. The role involves regular standing, sitting, reaching, and the use of a computer, keyboard, and telephone, as well as close‑vision work. Employees may need to lift or carry up to 25 lb, operate in moderate noise levels, and work in confined spaces for extended periods. The work environment includes typical office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
