About the Role
As an In‑House Sales Executive you will align with our Spirit of Service culture while delivering high‑quality results. You will present luxury vacation ownership products to existing owners, attend weekly sales meetings and trainings, and work with Quality Assurance Managers to address guest concerns. Your role also includes promoting a positive work environment and following Hilton Grand Vacations’ core values and policies. • Present luxury vacation ownership products to owners and drive sales. • Attend weekly sales meetings and required training sessions. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Managers to resolve guest issues. • Promote a positive work environment while adhering to core values and policies. • Resolve complex customer service issues in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring
• Minimum one year of sales experience; six months of timeshare/vacation ownership preferred. • High School diploma or equivalent is required. • Preferred: additional timeshare experience and two years of high‑end sales negotiation.
