Leadership responsibilities include operating with integrity, providing vision and strategy, setting goals, maintaining positive client relationships, fostering open communication, growing the Transportation/Traffic practice, managing projects profitably, transitioning work to qualified staff, and mentoring employees. • Create and execute growth vision for personal and firm‑wide transportation practice. • Market services and develop business with municipal, state, and private clients. • Deliver transportation planning, roadway, and ITS projects with the team. • Pursue independent leads and client opportunities. • Lead with integrity, set strategic goals, and maintain strong client relationships. • Build, mentor, and manage staff while ensuring profitable project delivery.

What You Bring
