About the Role
The role involves learning and performing basic-level tasks and activities related to the specific process or business area the employee is assigned to. Key responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule to achieve certification at each level, and maintaining professional communications with internal customers. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include at least six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, or finance, with prior exposure to similar processes considered a plus. Applicants with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without prior experience. The position requires frequent repetitive motions and coordination of eye, hand, and foot, as well as constant sitting, talking, and hearing in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers and phones. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures. • Required: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree. • Preferred: 6 months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance. • Advantageous: Experience with similar processes. • Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered without prior experience. • Frequent repetitive motions requiring eye/hand/foot coordination. • Constant sitting, talking, and hearing in an office environment.
