About the Role

The Electrician III is responsible for daily construction tasks that support electrical utility projects. Duties include leading teams, reading blueprints, producing estimates, and managing materials, labor, and costs within project budgets. The role also covers site acquisition, engineering, and construction compliance, as well as risk management, quality assurance, and enforcement of safety and the company’s Zero Defect policy. • Lead projects, guide teams, and ensure on‑time completion. • Read blueprints, prepare estimates, and manage material, labor, and costs. • Oversee site acquisition, engineering, and construction compliance with regulations. • Conduct risk management, negotiate issues, and enforce quality and safety programs. • Manage vendor inspections, purchase orders, and achieve zero‑defect goals.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a State 01 Journeyman license and have at least five years of telecom construction experience. Required skills include project‑scheduling software (Microsoft Project, P3e or similar), estimating tools, strong MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of 24 VDC/48 VDC systems. Excellent communication, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 90 % are also essential. • Licensed State 01 Journeyman with 5+ years telecom construction experience. • Proficient in project scheduling (Microsoft Project, P3e) and estimating software. • Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of 24 VDC/48 VDC systems. • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and collaborative relationship building. • Able to travel up to 90 % and handle RF, core network, and design tasks.
