About the Role

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition. • Pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. • Stock materials in designated areas and keep inventory organized. • Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Maintain warehouse cleanliness by removing trash, sweeping, and organizing. • Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. • Ensure products are labeled and stored per company standards. • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. • Follow all safety policies, use PPE and equipment properly.

What You Bring

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our division in McKinney, TX. This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks throughout the day. Minimum education is none, and candidates should have 0-2 years of experience. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Texas driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening. Forklift certification and prior warehouse experience are preferred, and applicants must be self‑motivated, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred. • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean record. • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lb regularly. • Ability to pass safety training, background checks, and drug screening. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Self‑motivated, punctual, dependable, with strong attention to detail. • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or in a team. • Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, noise).
