About the Role
The DT Change Management Leader will design and execute the change management strategy for a large‑scale, enterprise‑wide AI value delivery program. Working closely with business stakeholders, the leader will assess impact, prepare and equip teams, and guide the adoption of new mindsets, behaviors, processes, and technologies while minimizing resistance. • Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with AI program goals • Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholders across all organizational levels • Conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments to guide planning and risk mitigation • Create and deliver targeted communication and engagement plans that articulate vision and benefits • Partner with Learning & Development to design and deliver training that equips employees for adoption • Identify adoption risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies • Define success metrics, monitor adoption progress, and report outcomes to leadership • Coach senior leaders and change champions to act as effective advocates • Provide remote‑work options for non‑Houston locations • Provide contemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities • Enable participation in health & welfare plans and a 401(k) Thrift Plan

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development or related field (master’s preferred) • Bring 8+ years of program management experience with proven end‑to‑end change management delivery • Possess Prosci, CCMP or equivalent change management certification (preferred) • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and facilitation skills • Thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and align change approaches to business needs
