About the Role

The engineer ensures reliable and safe operation of all facility systems, oversees maintenance programs, manages inventories, and coordinates with vendors and contractors. • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and utility systems. • Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, inspection, calibration and part replacement to keep equipment at optimal performance. • Oversee preventive‑maintenance programs and ensure facility systems meet applicable standards. • Manage purchasing, inventory control, and tool/instrument inventories for the facility. • Review monthly service request summaries to identify and resolve recurring operational issues. • Evaluate vendors and suppliers for quality, competitive pricing and delivery accuracy. • Record safety readings, adjust equipment as needed, and enforce hazardous‑material handling policies. • Monitor and verify the quality and cost of work performed by outside contractors. • Enable early access to earned wages through Daily Pay.
