About the Role
• Organize, plan, and schedule estimate preparation, leading estimator teams on large projects. • Facilitate estimate meetings, assign work, and ensure reliable estimates with full information. • Prepare trade partner strategy, bid invitations, budgets, and obtain BIM and other documents. • Promote collaboration for scope and budget alignment and manage changes from estimate reviews. • Conduct quantity surveys, assess site logistics and schedule requirements, and use cost history for pricing. • Ensure estimates meet margin goals, present margin plans, and manage bid day presentations. • Utilize Eos Cortex for cost modeling, value analysis, target value delivery, and assist design teams. • Prepare or supervise self‑performed work scopes with accurate pricing, cost allocation, and labor quantities. • Build and maintain relationships with operations, design partners, trade partners, and owners. • Lead, coach, and mentor team members, advance group capabilities, assist software selection, and work with diverse stakeholders.

What You Bring
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Estimating, Engineering, Construction Management, or related experience. • Minimum nine years of construction industry experience. • Detail‑oriented with proven ability to manage multiple large projects and estimator teams. • Proficient with BIM, plans, and project documents for quantifying work and guiding design. • Knowledge of building systems, contract types, risk mitigation, and self‑performed work pricing. • Experience using cost‑history software (Cortex) for target budgets and complex estimates. • Strong coaching and mentoring skills; effective presentation of estimates to internal and external customers. • Understanding of construction law, business practices, customer service, and effective communication. • Ability to travel up to 20% and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
