Preferred qualifications include CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certifications, as well as prior hydrovac or related industrial experience. Success in this role requires a customer‑service focus, comfort with customer interaction, enthusiasm for teamwork, and proficiency with technology. Personal protective equipment is provided, and applicants must pass a physical examination, driver’s abstract review, and drug and alcohol testing. • Valid driver’s license • CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred) • Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours • Willingness to travel up to 25% • Lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions • Prior hydrovac equipment operation or related industrial experience (preferred) • Customer‑service focused and comfortable with customer interaction • Technology adept • Must undergo physical examination and pre‑employment screenings (driver’s abstract review, drug and alcohol test)
