About the Role
The Transportation (Highway/Roadway) EIT/Coordinator role focuses on detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects, contributing to alignment, geometrics, drainage, plan development, and construction estimates while supporting technical documentation. • Work with project engineers on detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. • Take responsibility for alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, plan development, and construction estimates. • Assist in creating and submitting technical reports, specifications, and calculations.

What You Bring
Preferred qualifications include an Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate, proficiency with MicroStation or AutoCAD, and experience using highway engineering software such as Bentley ConceptStation, Open Roads Designer, Autodesk Infraworks, or Civil3D. Candidates without an EIT will start in a Design Coordinator position and are expected to obtain the certification for career progression.
